Strategy & Corporate Development Manager (AI & Robotics)

What you will do

• Partner with the CFO and leadership team on strategic, operational, and commercial initiatives.
• Support strategic partnerships, financing activities, market expansion, and corporate initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitive, operational, and financial analysis across AI, robotics, industrial, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, strategic relationships, and adjacent markets.
• Own projects from analysis through execution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and prepare recommendations for executives, investors, customers, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology companies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work in technically complex environments with engineering, product, and operational teams.
• Intellectual curiosity about AI, robotics, and real-world deployment challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, mathematics, physics, computer science, or another quantitative or technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup or operating company.
• Experience in industrials, infrastructure, aerospace and defense, enterprise technology, robotics, AI, manufacturing, energy, construction, or logistics.
• Exposure to strategic partnerships, financings, investor relations, corporate development, or transaction-oriented initiatives.
