Salary: $230,000 – $270,000 USD (Zone 1)

What you will do

• Own the technical vision and execution for hirify.global Chain, Tokenization Engine, and Wallet services.
• Design, build, and operate core backend services powering financial product platforms.
• Write production code and lead complex technical implementations while maintaining high standards.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and foster technical excellence across the organization.
• Integrate advanced AI tooling into development workflows to maximize engineering output.
• Drive improvements in system reliability, observability, security, and architectural correctness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale, distributed systems.
• Proficiency in backend development using Go, Python, or Java.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and software fundamentals.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive alignment and make tradeoffs within diverse stakeholder environments.
• Must be capable of working onsite in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY at least 3 days per week.
