Software Engineer (AI/Embedded)

Location: On-site in Austin, United States with regular collaboration time in San Jose office

What you will do

• Co-develop cutting-edge software optimized across hardware and software for large AI models
• Solve challenging problems across the full stack from low-level drivers and APIs to high-level applications and frameworks
• Contribute to AI solutions in natural language processing, chain of reasoning automation, and generative media
• Work closely with hardware and firmware teams to optimize performance
• Collaborate regularly between Austin and San Jose offices

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in Austin with regular presence in San Jose
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in software development with data structures and algorithms
• Experience developing and testing software on launching products
• Experience with firmware design, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with embedded architectures and IO technologies (I2C, SPI, PCIe, DRAM)

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience resolving customer-related issues
• Experience solving ambiguous problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
