Senior Technical Program Manager (Robotics)

AeroVect is a Series A company developing autonomous airside vehicles for airlines and ground service providers.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program delivery for the Atlanta Airport deployment from planning through launch and steady-state operations.
• Define and maintain schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
• Drive cross-functional accountability across Engineering, Systems, Safety, and Operations teams.
• Act as the primary liaison between Engineering and Operations leadership.
• Implement program governance, status reporting, risk escalation, and launch-readiness frameworks.
• Help establish shared tooling, templates, and operating standards for the growing TPM organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management within integrated hardware/software, systems engineering, or a related technical environment.
• Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end from planning through launch.
• Strong technical foundation in software systems, hardware integration, systems and safety, or robotics.
• Experience in safety-critical or high-accountability environments.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting program status and risks to engineering leaders and executives.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; proficiency with Jira, Asana, or equivalent tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, aviation, or other safety-critical industries.
• Experience supporting or mentoring other technical program managers.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar iterative development methodologies.
• Experience in field-deployed environments such as airports, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Master's degree or PMP/PMI certification.

• The role will work directly with Engineering, Systems, Safety, and Operations teams and partner with the TPM Lead on cross-program coordination.
