Electronic Assembler - 2nd shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Wisconsin, United States; 2nd shift

Salary: USD 16.44–34.81 per hour

What you will do

• Perform manufacturing operations including testing, inspection, component processing, and advanced rack building.
• Operate multiple machines, tools, and production systems while supporting quality assurance.
• Audit materials and product builds to ensure quality and compliance with documented processes.
• Follow production documentation, execute assigned programs and queries, and meet customer-order expectations.
• Coordinate tasks within the team and support training for new employees.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve issues with limited guidance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong mathematics, reading comprehension, written and verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
• Manual dexterity, multitasking ability, and the capacity to operate tools and machinery.
• Basic computer skills and a strong understanding of relevant tools and procedures.
