What you will do

• Design, build, test, and operate highly available distributed services on native AWS.
• Develop event-driven data pipelines and orchestrated workflows that process large volumes of operational data.
• Encode country-specific rules and regulations into scalable workforce platforms serving more than one million employees.
• Modernize established systems by migrating them to next-generation microservice architectures and validating correctness before cutover.
• Automate business processes end to end in a full-stack environment and improve operational reliability through automation.
• Solve complex technical and business problems, contribute to design and code reviews, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship experience in software development.
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
