Salary: $142,800–$193,200 USD annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Develop agentic AI solutions leveraging generative AI.
• Design and implement scientific approaches adapted to customer business needs.
• Extend existing techniques and invent new methods to address difficult problems.
• Deliver efficient, reproducible, testable components into production.
• Produce scientifically rigorous outputs and collaborate with product, engineering, and science teams.
• Support operational excellence and measurable customer impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building models for business applications.
• PhD, or a master's degree with 4+ years of experience in computer science, computer engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience with algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

• Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
