Senior Mixed-Signal / Analog Hardware Engineer

Location: Oakland, CA, United States; hybrid or fully onsite depending on role needs, with onsite work expected when required.

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 USD annual base pay, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Design instrumentation and telemetry measurement circuits, precision current sources, and high-quality amplifiers.
• Develop circuits around ADCs, DACs, and signal-conditioning systems.
• Design sensor interfaces for temperature, light, and audio, as well as LED drivers.
• Own power sequencing and EMC-aware analog design.
• Characterize analog performance in the lab, including noise, bandwidth, and accuracy.
• Contribute analog expertise to design reviews and establish analog and EMC design practices.

Requirements

• Strong background in mixed-signal and precision-analog design.
• Experience with instrumentation, telemetry, current-source, and power-amplifier design.
• Experience designing ADC/DAC circuits, signal conditioning, sensor front ends, and LED drivers.
• Experience with EMC/EMI-aware design and mitigation.
• Ability to characterize analog performance in a laboratory environment.
