Global Head of Agentic Automation Capability

Location: United States; base location flexible within hirify.global's operating regions. Global full-time role with travel to client sites, partner events, and regional teams. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own the global agentic automation capability, including P&L, revenue growth, delivery economics, pricing, and outcome-based risk.
• Define the flagship agentic offering, sales assets, reference architectures, accelerators, platforms, and reusable IP.
• Lead major pre-sales engagements, commercial governance, partner relationships, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market activity.
• Set production standards for autonomy, evaluation, observability, compliance, delivery methodology, and measured client value.
• Build global practitioner capability through hiring, development pathways, certification, demand planning, and leadership development.
• Establish delivery economics and embed the agentic methodology, offering, partnerships, and proprietary assets during the first six months.

Requirements

• 15+ years in automation and digital transformation, including at least 5 years at Director or VP level leading globally distributed teams.
• Full P&L ownership of an automation or AI practice with responsibility for revenue, margin, and pricing.
• Enterprise-scale intelligent automation delivery experience from business case through implementation and adoption.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, production deployment, evaluation, observability, and regulated-client compliance.
• Engineering leadership experience with modern SDLC, CI/CD, agile standards, and automation platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft.
• Native or C2 English proficiency and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field required; an MBA is a plus.
