Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid position based in Roseville, Minnesota, United States. International scope with a stronger focus on U.S. Studios and U.S. Supply Chain projects. Domestic and international travel, including travel to Europe, may be required.

Base salary range: $100,000–$110,000 annually.

What you will do

• Build and refine transformation roadmaps with Publishing and Supply Chain executives, defining milestones, critical paths, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Scope, structure, govern, and deliver transformation and professionalization initiatives across Publishing and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate implementation across operational teams and support functions including IT and Finance.
• Lead change management through stakeholder engagement, communication, team alignment, and ownership-building.
• Identify underperforming activities, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive performance improvement action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional transformation activities involving Legal, Tax, HR, Road-to-Market, and international teams while contributing to S&T best practices and tools.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in project leadership, project management, management consulting, or corporate transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, resolving conflicts, working autonomously, and engaging with senior management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and defining project scopes, roadmaps, governance, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, plus strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI skills.
• Basic understanding of IT implementation methodologies and development cycles, including Agile and V-model.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and change management skills in international environments.

Nice to have

• Background in consulting or Supply Chain transformation projects.
• Understanding of financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets.
• French language proficiency.
• Master’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering.
• Interest in board games and new gaming experiences.
