Software Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

Location: Remote; travel is required for two company-wide events annually, with occasional additional client or team travel.

Salary: $77,000–$111,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, build, scale, and enhance software products, applications, and platforms based on client and business requirements.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and engineers to develop effective technical solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement.
• Deploy and support applications in cloud-based environments across different client technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and scaling web-based software products or applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and technologies.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, MongoDB Atlas, React, Go, Python, or C#/.NET experience.
• Experience building mobile applications and working across varied client environments.
