Developer Relations Engineer (AI)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 base salary per year, plus annual bonus and equity

What you will do

• Create technical blogs, tutorials, walkthroughs, live-coding sessions, and other video content for developers building AI agents.
• Build and maintain sample applications, code snippets, reference integrations, and open-source tooling.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person workshops, conference talks, meetups, demos, and partner events.
• Collect developer and partner feedback and communicate actionable product and developer-experience improvements to Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align documentation and messaging with platform capabilities.
• Improve developer onboarding, first-build experiences, getting-started guides, and sandboxes while remaining hands-on with agent building and testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or developer advocate, with strong coding ability.
• Hands-on experience building and testing AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, function calling, and RAG.
• Experience with Python and/or Golang/TypeScript, including API, webhook, and CRM integration code.
• A track record of technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, or videos used by other engineers.
• Public speaking or workshop-facilitation experience and the ability to explain enterprise-grade technical concepts clearly.
• Comfort working with complex integrations, rigorous testing and evaluation requirements, partners, and a fast-moving startup environment.
