Software Engineer, Developer Infrastructure (Robotics)

What you will do

• Build and maintain containerized development environments.
• Develop automated code quality and style checks.
• Design and maintain internal CLI tools and developer workflows.
• Own monorepo build systems, file structure, and documentation.
• Partner with robotics, web, data, and ML teams to support development needs.
• Improve developer velocity, reliability, and consistency across the codebase.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming or scripting skills, including Python or a similar language.
• Hands-on experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Solid understanding of Linux systems and development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with build systems such as Bazel or Nx.
• Experience supporting robotics software stacks, including ROS, real-time systems, or sensor integration.
• Experience designing or maintaining CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions.
