Junior Agentic AI Software Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI software components under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Investigate and prototype approaches for AI agent reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory, and self-improvement.
• Apply agentic AI techniques to improve software robustness, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical reviews.
• Run experiments to evaluate AI agent behavior, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with software, research, and product teams to deliver AI software solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
• Fundamental understanding of machine learning, deep learning, large language models, and modern AI architectures.
• Basic understanding of agentic concepts and autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning versus inference-time control, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Strong software engineering, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Linux development environments and Git.

Nice to have

• Academic or project experience with AI agent frameworks, autonomous systems, prompt engineering, tool calling, workflow orchestration, or knowledge-based AI systems.
• Exposure to embedded development environments and testing or evaluation of AI models and systems.
• Internship, thesis, or research experience in edge AI or agentic AI.
