Software Engineer, Autonomy Visualization (C++/OpenGL)

Salary: $160,360–$240,540 per year, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build performant visualization frameworks in C++, OpenGL, and Unity.
• Develop tools for autonomy development, validation, triage, and in-car visualization.
• Partner with autonomy engineers to improve development workflows through visualization.
• Collaborate with ML labeling teams to create bespoke tools for high-quality training data.
• Work with product managers and designers on polished visualizations for external applications.

Requirements

• 1+ years of software development experience with C++, OpenGL, and Qt.
• Basic understanding of graphics concepts, including rendering pipelines, shaders, and coordinate systems.
• Experience with visualization applications or game engines such as OpenGL, Vulkan, Unity, or Unreal.
• Ability to solve complex performance problems in low-level code and use advanced language features.
• Strong communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
