Highway Maintenance Operator

Location: Must be based in Ontario, Canada

Salary: $25.50 – $33.50 per hour

What you will do

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment for highway maintenance.
• Perform year-round maintenance tasks including pothole and guardrail repair.
• Clean bridges and signage while remediating road hazards.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to ensure provincial highway safety.

Requirements

• Valid AZ or DZ driver’s license with air endorsement required.
• Must provide a 3-year commercial driver’s abstract.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs.
• Previous experience operating snowplow trucks or wheel loaders is preferred.
• Must be a local applicant or based in Ontario.
