Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts, mentoring teams on SIEM best practices and threat hunting.
• Guide customers through Next-Gen SIEM deployment, configuration, and integration.
• Design and implement custom detection rules, correlation searches, and tailored dashboards/reports.
• Assist with migration of detection content from legacy SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, and Sentinel.
• Optimize data ingestion strategies, perform platform health checks, and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security operations, SIEM administration, or security engineering.
• Proficiency with major SIEM platforms and query languages (SQL, SPL, KQL, CQL, or similar).
• Strong experience in detection engineering and correlation rule development.
• Knowledge of common log sources and cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Ability to use scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Must be based in the USA and be willing to periodically undergo alcohol and/or drug tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon platform and Next-Gen SIEM.
• CrowdStrike certifications (CCFA, CCFH) or industry certifications (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, CEH).
• Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and frameworks.
