What you will do

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to analyze workflows, challenges, and goals.
• Translate complex customer needs into structured AI solution plans using the company platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects alongside engineers and AI specialists.
• Write detailed product specs and define prompt/context structures that drive solution behavior.
• Balance speed, scalability, and stability when making critical product decisions.
• Identify repeatable patterns to collaborate with the Platform team on scaling reusable capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Program Management.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be based on the US West Coast.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
