Sr. Software Engineer - Mission Autonomy (Robotics)

What you will do

• Develop and integrate semantic scene graph world models for real-time spatial reasoning and context-aware mission planning.
• Build natural language-driven robotic navigation and mission execution capabilities.
• Design API frameworks connecting large language models with robotic autonomy stacks.
• Implement language-based mission feedback handling and decision-making workflows.
• Maintain and expand robotics testing frameworks with unit and integration tests for reliability, safety, and performance.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, C++, ROS, Linux, and Git.
• 5+ years of experience developing product-level AI software, such as state machines or behavior trees.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to navigate complex software systems.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with simulation environments such as Gazebo or Isaac Sim.
• Experience with LLM-based decision-making frameworks in robotic systems.
