Technical Specialist I (.NET)

What you will do

• Install, develop, monitor, troubleshoot, and support assigned technical systems.
• Support .NET applications developed in Visual Studio and work with SQL Server Management Studio.
• Follow technical standards and procedures while contributing to consistency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Provide timely support during crisis situations and help supervisors resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with business partners, IT analysts, supervisors, and other technology groups.
• Manage assigned tasks and support process, capability, efficiency, and cost-saving improvements.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with 0–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic technical troubleshooting, issue-resolution, and .NET development skills.
• Knowledge of technical installation, monitoring, repair, testing, and implementation processes.
• Ability to review specifications, document issues, support root-cause analysis, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard computer tools.
