Senior Staff Software Engineer, Developer and Qualification Tools (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, with other locations available within the US or Canada

Salary: $175,000–$265,000 annual compensation, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain developer tools for AI inference accelerators.
• Build and improve debugging and profiling tools.
• Develop hardware diagnostic, validation, and qualification tools.
• Work across a novel hardware and software stack within the software engineering department.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience developing product software.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Python.
• Experience with developer tools such as GDB or LLDB.
• Experience building hardware validation and qualification tools.
• Experience with Grafana, InfluxDB, or web UI development.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
• Startup, small-team, or incubation experience.
• Proficiency in both C/C++ and Python.
