Base salary: $100,000–$300,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Design algorithms, models, and hardware-software systems for robotic manipulation tasks.
  • Develop controllers, planners, and perception stacks for real-world robot deployment.
  • Write and maintain production-level C++ and Python software for robotic manipulation platforms.
  • Deploy state-of-the-art learning-based models on real robots in collaboration with machine learning engineers.
  • Improve robotic software performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing robotic manipulation systems and deploying software on real robots.
  • Knowledge of robotics, including kinematics, dynamics, control, motion planning, and SLAM.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning library such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
  • Systems-level understanding of robotics software modules and interfaces, including ROS, ROS2, and simulators.
  • Experience with computer vision, sensors, 3D data, segmentation, tracking, and object detection.

Nice to have

  • Publications at top-tier machine learning, robotics, or computer vision conferences.
  • Experience designing custom robot hardware solutions.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning and imitation learning.
