Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits and equity.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end deployment, configuration, testing, and operation of autonomous wheeled robotic platforms in customer environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across software, hardware, and networking layers to maintain uptime and mission success.
  • Gather and analyze field feedback, implement monitoring and diagnostic tools, and drive reliability improvements into core systems.
  • Train and support customer operators, translating complex technical concepts into clear operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, AI research, product, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to scalable deployment practices and playbooks for future rollouts.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in software engineering or systems integration in the field robotics industry.
  • Experience deploying complex technical systems in the field.
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, Git, and ROS.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems, containerization, and cloud infrastructure, plus strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • U.S. Person eligibility is required for projects connected to the U.S. government; eligible individuals include U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Nice to have

  • Experience deploying, operating, or maintaining mission-critical systems in real-world environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Wrike, Confluence, or similar program management tools.
  • Experience working directly with customers in high-stakes, fast-paced settings.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers as needed.
