Commercial Contracts Associate (NDA, AI)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Use AI agents to draft, compare, review, and redline non-disclosure agreements according to client guidelines.
• Advise clients on NDA playbooks and market standards while incorporating each client’s legal context into AI workflows.
• Manage NDA workflow integration, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties.
• Demonstrate AI-assisted workflows to clients and improve accuracy, transparency, and turnaround time.
• Collaborate with technology teams to make NDA review and execution more efficient.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active bar admission in New York.
• 3–6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Practical, hands-on AI fluency and the ability to discuss AI tools, workflows, and outcomes during interviews.
• Interest in applying technology to improve traditional deal workflows.
