Enterprise Product Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site

Salary: $180K–$500K annually plus equity

What you will do

• Build new product capabilities driven by strategic enterprise customer needs.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, technical constraints, and goals.
• Turn customer-specific requirements into reusable products, platform capabilities, custom tooling, and integrations.
• Develop enterprise-grade solutions addressing security, compliance, performance, and scalability.
• Partner with engineering and product teams on architecture, implementation, and product direction.
• Resolve technical blockers during deployments and account expansion, including occasional travel to customer sites.

Requirements

• Exceptional software engineering and system architecture skills.
• Experience building reliable systems with demanding security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify high-value technical opportunities.
• Experience working with customers, executives, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to convert specific customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.
• Experience launching new products or capabilities in enterprise environments and using AI-driven software development workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling an enterprise software company.
• Founder-like mindset and comfort with early-stage experimentation, production engineering, and customer-facing work.
