Client Services Officer (Fintech)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Morning shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 Dubai Time Zone; flexibility to work on public holidays is required.

What you will do

• Provide professional client support by phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Assist with account opening, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve issues involving trading platforms, account management, trade execution, and technical functionality.
• Build client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.
• Identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and support client satisfaction and retention.
• Educate clients on products, trading platforms, tools, and available resources while following company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or sales within a regulated financial services company.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken, required.
• College or university degree.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Professionalism, self-motivation, strong work ethic, flexibility, and team spirit.
• Availability for morning shifts from 09:00 to 18:00 Dubai Time and public-holiday work.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills.
• Deep understanding of financial products and exchange-traded derivatives, including futures and options.
