What you will do

• Draft, compare, review, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings using AI agents.
• Conduct accelerated document reviews, identify key terms, and prepare client-facing due diligence memoranda.
• Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and counterparty coordination.
• Advise clients on AI-assisted workflows that improve accuracy, transparency, and transaction velocity.
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve AI-enabled deal processes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital transactions.
• Strong legal drafting and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in applying technology to traditional deal workflows.
• Practical AI fluency, including the ability to demonstrate day-to-day AI tools, workflows, and outcomes during interviews.
