What you will do

• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers across London central government organisations and agencies.
• Map stakeholders using LinkedIn and the internal system, then arrange meetings with finance professionals, CEOs, directors, line managers, and other key contacts.
• Drive target-based recruitment sales, competing with internal recruitment teams, budget constraints, and central government processes.
• Secure new client partnerships and negotiate competitive terms of business.
• Source experienced candidates for interim finance assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Place interim professionals and meet four-week performance targets.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above.
• Proven track record in business development and recruitment.
• Commercial insight, inquisitiveness, resilience, and ambition.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues, directors, candidates, and clients.
• Ability to support colleagues' development and contribute to team and individual goals.
