What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including promoting hiring solutions, sourcing candidates, and managing qualification processes.
• Deliver tailored contract recruitment services to global, regional, and new business clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to maximize gross profit revenue.
• Present hirify.global’s full suite of workforce solutions in internal and client-facing settings.
• Build effective relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues across a diverse workforce.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Determination, tenacity, strong work ethic, and effective decision-making.
• Ability to identify and secure sales opportunities across workforce solutions.
• Previous recruitment or phone-based sales experience is preferred but not required.
