AI Deployment Engineer (Fullstack AI)

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 annual base salary, plus equity

hirify.global is a Series C fintech company building an AI-native operating system for regulated finance, starting with mortgage servicing.

What you will do

• Design, build, and ship internal applications supporting complex client deployments.
• Own full-stack development across data layers, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Build AI agent workflows, copilot experiences, and automation tools.
• Develop deployment management features such as kanban boards, Gantt views, milestone tracking, inbox scanning, and team dashboards.
• Use coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex to maintain high development velocity.
• Identify ambiguous problems, design solutions, and deliver products with broad ownership.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of engineering experience and a track record of shipping complete products.
• Strong full-stack web development skills, especially React and TypeScript.
• Experience building APIs, managing data layers, and creating polished, responsive user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered features such as agent workflows, RAG systems, or copilot interfaces.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, strong product instincts, and high development velocity.
• Ability to work on-site in New York with a high level of autonomy.

• Early-stage startup or technical founder experience.
• Forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Experience with project management or deployment tracking tools.
• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or similar low-code backends.
• Contributions to AI tooling or developer tools.
