Founding Product Marketer (AI)

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Build the paid acquisition program from the ground up and manage campaigns across platforms, creatives, audiences, and messaging.
• Launch and analyze simultaneous experiments, scale successful approaches, and discontinue ineffective ones.
• Optimize the full acquisition funnel from impressions and clicks through downloads, activation, and downstream conversion.
• Identify high-value channels and audiences across Reddit, Hacker News, YouTube, X, developer newsletters, partnerships, and other communities.
• Expand growth through influencer partnerships, community-driven distribution, and other acquisition channels.
• Partner with engineering on creative campaigns and own key growth metrics, including downloads, conversion rates, CPC, and CPA.

Requirements

• Experience running paid acquisition campaigns and managing meaningful paid media budgets with performance ownership.
• Experience designing rigorous A/B testing programs and working directly with marketing data.
• Ability to create audiences, manage budgets, write copy, test creatives, analyze performance, and allocate resources.
• Experience marketing technical products and collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, or technical communities.
• Creative, strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented approach to growth marketing.

Nice to have

• Experience building paid acquisition for developer tools or AI products.
• Experience building growth systems at an early-stage startup.
