Growth Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; in-person work in the NYC office required

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building an infrastructure layer for AI workloads and provides developer-facing AI infrastructure products.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the marketing site, documentation site, growth landing pages, microsites, forms, and technical web experiences.
• Build bespoke interactive projects that turn complex technical work into useful experiences for developers and AI agents.
• Instrument public-facing content and documentation for measurement and agent-targeted discoverability.
• Improve internal publishing workflows so teams can release quality content faster while keeping systems maintainable.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Design, Data, and Growth on polished, measurable web experiences and experiments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and shipping modern web applications end-to-end.
• Ability to create polished, responsive web experiences independently.
• Experience with agentic development flows where AI agents consume marketing content and documentation.
• Strong product judgment, business-owner mindset, and data intuition around conversion, activation, developer trust, launch speed, and measurement quality.
• Interest in developer-facing AI infrastructure and credible web experiences for engineers.
• Ability to work in person in the NYC office.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of SEO, AEO, structured content, or agentic discoverability.
• Experience with marketing sites, documentation sites, or product-led-growth surfaces at a developer tools, infrastructure, or AI company.
• Familiarity with Svelte, SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite, MDX/SVX, Sanity, Playwright, and Vitest.
• Experience with Segment, Snowflake, PostHog, Sentry, Algolia/DocSearch, Fillout, Pylon, or Ashby.
• Experience designing growth experiments, A/B tests, or funnel instrumentation, plus a portfolio of polished web projects.
