Deployment Manager – Global Data Center Build and Deploy

Location: Remote, with required travel and physical presence at data centers for weeks at a time; headquarters/office in Sunnyvale.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment of hirify.global Wafer Scale Engine AI clusters, high-speed switches, storage, and rack-level infrastructure.
• Coordinate rack integration, power components, white-space readiness, cooling readiness, containment, and grounding with facilities teams.
• Manage high-density fiber and copper cabling, including spine-leaf and pod-level interconnects, routing, airflow clearance, labeling, and testing.
• Direct data center technicians and troubleshoot cabling, connectivity, hardware placement, and integration issues blocking cluster bring-up.
• Support validation, burn-in, operational handoff, and multiple parallel deployments across sites or availability zones.
• Communicate deployment risks, dependencies, milestones, and readiness across network, server, AI platform, facilities, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data center deployments, infrastructure delivery, or integration roles.
• Hands-on experience deploying hyperscale AI, ML, or HPC infrastructure.
• Strong experience with structured cabling in high-density environments and troubleshooting complex deployment issues.
• Familiarity with high-speed fabrics such as InfiniBand and high-bandwidth Ethernet.
• Experience providing direction to technicians, managing cross-functional deployment programs, and using DCIM or deployment tracking systems.
