Operator (Robotics)

Salary: $28.00–$36.00 per hour, plus equity

What you will do

• Operate humanoid robots in controlled lab and residential-style environments.
• Execute robot operation and data collection workflows accurately and consistently according to SOPs.
• Produce annotated datasets and detailed issue reports to improve AI model training and robot performance.
• Maintain the operational readiness of robots, equipment, and data collection environments across assigned shifts.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute improvements to SOPs, tooling, and operational scalability.
• Support robot sessions while maintaining safety, professionalism, and data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience operating robots, technical systems, or similar hands-on operational equipment.
• Ability to follow structured procedures with precision and consistency.
• Comfort working in VR environments and performing physically active tasks throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear operational equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including swing shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting robotics, autonomous systems, or AI data collection programs.
• Experience contributing to SOP development, process optimization, or operational scaling.
• Familiarity with data annotation tools, issue tracking systems, or technical reporting workflows.
