Clinical Psychotherapist

Location

Location: Must be based in the United States (specifically licensed in two or more states, excluding CA, NY, and MA).

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year (including incentives).

What you will do

• Deliver 100% remote, outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Manage a consistent caseload with standard 60-minute session lengths.
• Collaborate with an in-house referral network of psychiatrists.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while adhering to evidence-based standards.
• Focus on patient care with full operational support for billing, scheduling, and credentialing.

Requirements

• Must hold an active, unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Must possess two or more active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA).
• Must be a US-based clinician eligible for W-2 employment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in structured clinical settings like outpatient, community mental health, or hospitals is highly desired.
• Proficiency in skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT.
