What you will do
- Support key field initiatives to bring products to market and scale the DFR (Drone as First Responder) program.
- Work effectively with diverse teams to ensure successful execution of deployments.
- Monitor and document the status of work in the field and in the lab.
- Provide installation pictures via Flock field app.
- Meet with customers to discuss installation options and perform site surveys.
Requirements
- Prior experience with fieldwork required and product development is a plus.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting, particularly with systems like drones.
- Knowledge of FAA Part 107 regulations for drone operations.
- Outstanding project management and communication skills.
