Sr. Professional Services Consultant

Location: France (Remote)

Salary: €90K – €108K (base), with equity and bonus

hirify.global provides a breach containment platform for ransomware and cyberattack containment across hybrid multi-cloud environments.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting integration of hirify.global into their environments.
• Manage hirify.global deployments and upgrades by coordinating timelines and required resources.
• Conduct technical reviews and guide change preparation for hirify.global deployments.
• Develop hirify.global-specific API scripts to improve deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployments, addressing anomalies and performance issues.
• Provide best practices, documentation, metrics/reporting, and run testing/validation and knowledge transfer for client teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting or advisory experience.
• Strong experience with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat preferred) and Windows Server.
• Experience with cloud service provider models (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Experience with container platform architecture (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.).
• Experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, Ansible).
• Expertise in networking concepts and application security controls; strong client-facing communication and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a Professional Services team for a security vendor.
• Willingness to travel to HQ in Silicon Valley for product training and knowledge development.
• Experience with hirify.global (not required; training will be provided).
