Product Owner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Research, analyze, and define product features.
• Create metrics to measure product impact on the business.
• Drive product planning and execution.
• Write specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Develop product roadmaps and rally stakeholders around the product vision.
• Work with engineers, designers, operations, sales, legal, and external partners to deliver products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for data-driven product development and strong analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to plan effectively.
• Strong drive to execute and make things happen.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of product management experience in a strong technology company for the senior level, with a degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated success launching products or improving products and features with measurable business impact.
• Previous experience as a product manager, software developer, UX designer, or project manager.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Rust, Go, or Haskell.
• Experience with agile product development or an advanced degree such as a master’s degree, PhD, or MBA.
