Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

InPost operates a technology-driven out-of-home e-commerce delivery platform with parcel lockers, pickup and drop-off points, courier delivery, and fulfilment services across Europe.

What you will do

• Translate customer and market needs into product initiatives, requirements, and actionable work items.
• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, knowledge base, and backlog priorities.
• Coordinate scoping, delivery monitoring, and acceptance of development work with IT solution providers.
• Manage cooperation with internal teams, external business partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product decisions.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and ensure delivery of measurable business value.

Requirements

• University degree and solid understanding of both business and technical domains.
• Experience managing the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce markets and customer needs.
• Experience with market and competitor analysis, data analysis, KPI definition, and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agile approaches and Scrum.
• English at minimum C1 level.
