Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the full customer funnel from acquisition and engagement through issuance and conversion.
• Launch and scale financing products, store formats, and new retail locations.
• Lead field operations with a dedicated on-the-ground team.
• Build internal tools in collaboration with dedicated development, design, and QA specialists.
• Report progress and results to founders and senior management while moving initiatives from launch to repeatable scale.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, operations, growth, or entrepreneurship.
• Hands-on and analytical approach with data-driven decision-making.
• Builder mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving, execution-focused startup environment.
• Ability to work most of the time in Manila, with relocation support available.

Nice to have

• Experience leading store rollouts or product launches.
