TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Consumer Lending Analytics) (Data and AI): Building data-driven products for credit decisioning, pricing, collections, and experimentation across ING's international retail banking network with an accent on responsible lending, analytical insights, and measurable customer and business value. Focus on translating complex business challenges into product strategies, validating ideas through experimentation, and coordinating Data Science, Engineering, Credit Risk, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment.
Location: Istanbul, VADI ISTANBUL PARK. Hybrid work is expected: office attendance two days per week during three weeks of each month, with one fully remote week per month. Additional remote working opportunities are available throughout August.

What you will do
- Own the lifecycle of data-driven products supporting consumer lending.
- Shape credit decisioning, pricing, collections, and related lending capabilities.
- Translate business challenges and analytical insights into structured product opportunities and strategies.
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and customer needs.
- Design experimentation approaches to validate product ideas before large-scale implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering, Credit Risk, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.
- Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven products and translating analytical insights into product decisions.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and experimentation methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English and Turkish communication skills are required.
