What you will do

• Manage the entire analytics product development lifecycle in prioritized RBA areas, from outlining solutions to implementation.
• Lead product discovery by identifying data problems, prioritizing backlogs, and executing experiments.
• Develop and execute product strategies, value propositions, and visions to generate business value.
• Collaborate with squads of Data Scientists and Engineers to validate and prototype product ideas.
• Utilize Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies to develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics).
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering analytics use cases and products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Previous experience in consumer lending analytics.
