What you will do

• Deliver transformation project assignments for clients in the financial services sector.
• Structure and analyze data, conduct benchmarks, and synthesize findings into conclusions.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specifications.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Participate in temporary assignments abroad, including France and Belgium.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Strong interest in the financial services sector and data- and AI-related topics.
• Analytical, autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous, and committed approach.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in French and English is essential.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Luxembourgish.
