What you will do

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System across projects and programs.
• Provide Product and Quality Assurance support from mission planning through launch and operations.
• Define and apply internal hirify.global Standards aligned with customer and program requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in audits, reviews, inspections, risk management, certification activities, and customer meetings.
• Document and report quality metrics, findings, and improvement actions.

Requirements

• Extensive Product or Quality Assurance experience in the space sector.
• Experience managing quality standards, process improvements, and regulatory compliance for space missions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, EN9100, and the ability to interpret and apply ECSS standards.
• Direct experience with the design, manufacture, and qualification of spaceflight hardware.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems, technical documentation, supplier management, and company-wide risk management.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional quality initiatives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with RAMS, radiation, EEE parts, materials, and processes.
