Production and Packaging Manager

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of creative, digital, print, and packaging projects from briefing through final sign-off and asset handover.
• Develop and maintain project timelines in Wrike, track milestones, allocate resources, and balance workloads across workstreams.
• Coordinate briefs, feedback, revisions, and delivery milestones with the external WAA partner.
• Act as the central point of contact for Category Marketing, Product Development, IMC, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks, scope risks, overages, and re-brief requirements before they affect delivery.
• Manage reviews and approvals while ensuring outputs meet hirify.global brand guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, traffic, or production coordination within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows, including design, copy, and production.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Workfront, or Jira.
• Experience working across marketing, commercial, technical, and other stakeholder teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
