Finance Business Partner Sourcing & Category Management

Location: Hybrid, combining work from home with collaboration at the office in De Meern, Netherlands

Salary: €8,000–€9,000 gross per month, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 15%

What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Product Officer and senior stakeholders in Sourcing and Category Management.
• Own the financial agenda, including performance management, budgeting, forecasting, target setting, and long-range planning.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve profitability, margins, and own-brand business performance.
• Develop and challenge business cases for strategic investments, commercial initiatives, and growth opportunities.
• Support pricing, sourcing, and category strategies from a financial and value-creation perspective.
• Translate complex financial and commercial data into recommendations and influence decisions across the international matrix organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or a comparable senior finance position.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and preferably with commercial, sourcing, procurement, or category management functions.
• Track record of driving profitable growth, margin improvement, and measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, investment analysis, and financial systems experience.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is an advantage.
