hirify.global is part of ING’s Finance Business Advice organization in the Netherlands, supporting the board and senior management across core enabling functions.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 finance professionals.
• Act as the primary finance partner for leadership teams across Finance, Risk, HR, and Executive management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management cycles.
• Provide financial and operational insights to support strategic decisions and investment choices.
• Advise on business cases, transformation initiatives, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
• Improve financial reporting, cost transparency, steering information, and management insights.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, business control, or strategic advisory roles in complex, stakeholder-intensive environments.
• Strong experience in cost management, performance steering, investment management, and financial decision support.
• Successful experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to translate complex financial and business data into clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.
