What you will do
- Manage operational processes for content delivery platforms, media workflows, and supporting services.
- Coordinate incident resolution, service issues, and delivery risks with internal teams and strategic suppliers.
- Support technical changes, platform enhancements, testing, and implementation of new capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, customer experience, and automation.
- Maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and knowledge articles while supporting governance and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in media, broadcast, streaming, or content operations.
- Strong understanding of digital video formats, codecs, frame rates, metadata, and media workflows.
- Experience with operational service support, incident management, issue resolution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience collaborating with suppliers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence in a structured delivery environment.
- Ability to work from London, United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with Media Asset Management platforms and content supply chains.
- Knowledge of Video on Demand and streaming workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent cloud knowledge.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery environments.
