Project Manager (IoT)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer projects from pre-sales support through deployment.
• Work with regional Sales teams to understand customer needs, present solutions, and define project requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate technical, integration, and installation activities.
• Manage project scope, plans, budgets, risks, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing progress reports and escalating issues.
• Coordinate store deployments, perform hands-on installation and configuration when required, and support project handover and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background, ideally in IT, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Delivery, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Technical ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot solutions at customer sites.
• Experience managing customer projects from planning through deployment and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong customer management, communication, and problem-solving skills in an international environment.
• Ability to take ownership, manage increasing complexity, and grow toward Program Management.

Nice to have

• Experience in Retail Technology, IoT, SaaS, or Digital Transformation.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification.
