What you will do
- Serve as contact person for HR-related topics within the team
- Participate actively in recruiting including applicant selection, job advertisement creation, talent sourcing, and interview coordination
- Support employees from onboarding to exit, including staff appraisals and process coordination
- Manage day-to-day HR operations such as leave tool support, ATS management, personnel file administration, and HR software maintenance
- Implement internal and external employer branding initiatives including social media and award submissions
- Plan and execute company events, team events, and workshops
Requirements
- University degree or apprenticeship preferably in human resources
- Several years of practical HR experience
- Strong empathy, social competence, communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork
- Good command of German and English
