People & Culture Manager (Germany)

Location: Hybrid position supporting employees in Germany.

What you will do

• Support employees in Germany across onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, benefits, absences, payroll, and visa-related matters.
• Maintain employee data and processes in BambooHR.
• Support local and international P&C operations projects and implement global measures in Germany.
• Ensure compliance with German employment and social security legislation.
• Develop efficient HR processes in collaboration with management and the global P&C team.
• Act as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders on local P&C topics.

Requirements

• Professional experience in P&C, HR operations, or HR administration, preferably in an international environment.
• Good understanding of German employment and social security legislation.
• Business-fluent German and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Organised, structured, proactive, and able to prioritise diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in people-related work and effective stakeholder collaboration.
